The worst auto shop known to man they charged almost 4000 for suspension work to not get done held the truck for over 3 months only to say take it to the dealership would not issue a refund of any kind despite not doing the job they were supposed to do. They were nice at first to the person giving them money but when I showed up to support in asking for the refund they immediately gave attitude these people a fake nice and scammers never take your vehicle here if you want it fixed.

Great customer service, communication, service quality, and fast! Less than 24 hours to fix my Tesla. Also, very fair pricing. So happy that I don't have to deal with the terrible Norfolk Tesla dealership anymore! Thanks Harvey and Kayla!

Today I was at the new shop on Jersey Avenue. If I could give 10 to 8 stars and above, I certainly would Nora was filling in today and she and the team were absolutely fabulous.

Great company my first time working with them. I have never used Harvey's Garge before. My mechanic sold his business to them because he retired. Kayla in the office reassured me I woukd be happy with there work. They have a great warranty. The proble was the starter. When they got into chane it they found other this wrong. They called me explained it to me told me the cost. She recommend since they were in the engine better to do. I agreed and they had it a couple of days. It runs great! Kayla was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We were very pleased. She texted me to see how the car was running which I thought was nice. They will be getting more business from us. II went to Harvey’s garage in Norfolk to get a State inspection and I tell you from the time I walked in there it was awesome. The young lady greeted me with a smile that made my day cause I was actually having a bad day not only that I didn’t sit long at all. I called in and she gave me an appointment time. I came in at my appointment time and was right out of there in no time.. the young lady and I talked and laughed a little. They are a really group of awesome individuals and I recommend Harvey’s garage to anyone…

Very grateful to have found Harvey's when I moved here 4 years ago. They're reliable, professional and friendly with fair pricing. Kayla, David and Nora have always been incredibly helpful.

Its not a good place and tbey charg extremely ro much the told me 943 for brakes calibers and rotors I went and purchased the parts and paid 250 at a shop so yea its not what I thought its you guys over charg just like when I get my oil change I was told 1 price then it was 43 dollars more then a extra fee was taken off my card with that being said this shop is a terrible

Staff was pleasant and helped me out when my car wouldn't start. Shop is close to my home and got me back on the road same day. Glad I found Harvey's and will use them again.

Great customer service

I use to come to this location for over 20 years when Mr.Al owned it. Great guy honest I really miss him. I took a chance on the new owners and let's just say I learned my lesson never again. Oil change took 24 hours dropped my car off around 10am that day it wasn't ready till the next morning. Of course no charge was told by the young lady at the front desk that there were problems in the garage. My car didn't drive the same after that. Talk about pissed off. NEVER AGAIN

I recommend Harvey’s garage for all your automotive work. At every location they have professional staff, affordable pricing and the wait is not long. Their scheduling is flexible and the I always have such great service here. Thank you

First off I wanna say that they had my car for almost a month. When i originally brought it in they supposedly did a diagnostic said it was something dealing with the water pump and a few more things. Okay so i went ahead and did that and paid for it. 1300 for that. Okay when that was finished. I went to pick it up and he said it was a starter. Okay so why didn’t u say that in the beginning when u first did the diagnostics? Well i went ahead and paid for that. Time comes around for me to pick it up and when i left the lot it was worst when i left then when i brought it is. So i brought it back and they check it out again. This time they told me it was something wrong with my radiator. At this point i’m frustrated because why is everything now wrong when the first diagnosis said it was the water pump? Eventually i took it to someone else and they told me it was something dealing with my motor. So i spend about $2000 and they never fixed the original problem and messed other things up along the way. I do not recommend them what so ever. They are scammers. DO NOT DO UR BUSINESS HERE !!!! If u want to keep ur money and actually get the RIGHT WORK done. DO NOT waste ur time with Harvey’s Garges. Baker road! I also have receipts!

These people are a joke dealt with Mike when calling told them what I was dealing with and when I needed my vehicle back. They dropped it on the back of their yard left unlocked I might add but that's not even the real problem. They told me give them that day or to the early part of next day to diagnose. Never called me I work the area all day so I see the vehicle just sitting I call close to the end of business the next day they tell me it's up in the bay on the computer getting diag done as we speak. All the while I'm sitting across the street in my work vehicle looking at it sitting there. I told him if you all don't have the time to work on it now I'll come and get it and bring it back at a later date he says no no we got you I promise. Next day we call he tells my husband he told me to be patient they needed time when he had told me I'd hear from him that morning (it is almost close of business again). I go up there the next day to remove some things he feeds me more lies when I ask when will they actually get to the vehicle. He also tells me that they have spent 3-5 hours on diag ( but have nothing to tell me) even tells me I could take the vehicle back at no charge but, I would obviously have the same problem. Also tells me they don't even work on diesels THIS IS SOMETHING I ASKED BEFORE BRINGING IT. Why would you give it back for free if you have spent hours trying to diagnose. To sum it up we went and got it back they never touched it didn't even offer to help us getting it jumpstarted for all the inconvenience smh. Don't visit Harvey's garage on baker rd unless you are in no hurry to get your vehicle back....

Excellent service, reasonably priced, I will be continuing to take my vehicles to Harvey's Garage. Tough to find good honest mechanics, and I believe I've found some.

I asked for an appointment for a state inspection on May13 and I got in the next day at 11am! But my appointment didn’t start on time because of a previous car but they pulled my car in at 1117 and I was out at 1140! Great and quick service, and friendly staff! I will be bringing my husbands car here for his inspection and other future car repairs I’ll need:)

Great job on my truck they didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need, wonderful service and people.

They got my car on a Friday and told me it need a power steering pump they have it ready by Tuesday so I called Monday to check on it say they order the wrong part so the right part would be 1300 more dollars so I said ok came in and paid them 2300 said the part would be in on Wednesday so they called me Friday and tell me they have the wrong part again and they need 2700 more but this is something they knew on Thursday they could have told me then the bald head guy who took my money couldn’t even look at me in my face when I came back up there to get my refund but look me in the face to get the money I wouldn’t let them put a top on the gas cap if it needed they so unprofessional

Hats off to Mike and his crew expediting alot of major parts replacement on my 2009 Camry! They exceeded expectations and it now runs like it did at initial purchase! Quality work and timing from a quality crew! Maintained communication and updates through the whole process!

I got off work an hour-and-a-half before the shop closed, and the receptionist was nice enough to tell me to come in anyway. I only needed my air and cabin filters replaced, and was told it wouldn't take a lot of time to do.

Where do I even start? From the moment I called up Harvey’s Garage I was met with excellent customer service. I talked to a man Named David who was polite, courteous, and friendly. My wife had two doctors appointments this day one I’m Hampton at 11 am and one in Norfolk at 3 pm. They got me in at 1 pm I was out by 2:30 and we made it to my wife’s appointment on time. So thank you to all the hard Working folks down at Harveys Garage…you guys are Stellar!!!!!

Another report Howard's garage has not called me as of yet this is another week my engine light is still on know you did not do no work on my engine

I recently went to the shop for car maintenance for my Honda and I was very satisfied with the experience. The prices are affordable and staff are nice. I will most definitely be returning for car maintenance/repair. This is actually my first time going to a shop for vehicle maintenance due to so I was very pleased with the experience. The only thing is I recommend a drop-off for your car because the shop lobby can be a bit hot and stuffy especially as summer approaches. Also there is a fee for using car so if you are budgeting or on a tight budget take that into account when paying for your service.

Not happy at all dot your eyes and crutch your t's check cars and trucks before they come out of your garage then we don't have to come back to you the second and third time for the same job

They told me it needed to rebuild all my vehicle break system in order to pass state inspection which would cost me $2700. I went to a different place where my car passed the inspection on easy.
